Peter A. Allard is a business man and a philantropist who founded the Highbury Foundation in 1993, in order to support Canadian registered charities in carrying out their goals and ambitions. More recently, he founded the Allard Prize for International Integrity, to be awarded annually in collaboration with Faculty of Law at Allard Hall at University of British Columbia.
